Good care, close to home.

Find a caregiver you've met first

We're welcoming caregivers first. Family matching opens next, and families on our priority list are matched first in their district.

Find families who need your skills

Your profile is free. You keep your full monthly pay, and you can say no to any request.

Phone numbers and addresses stay private on both sides until a booking is confirmed.

Each petal is a kind of care. Choose one to start.

Where we are

Priority access for families

We're welcoming caregivers from across Kerala first, so there are good people to meet. Family matching opens district by district, starting with Ernakulam and Pathanamthitta, and families on our priority list are matched first in their district.

How it works for families

  1. Choose the care

Tell us the kind of care, the place, and when it should start.

  2. Send a request

Our care team checks each request and asks the caregiver if the work suits them.

  3. Meet first

Talk to the caregiver online or on a call our team hosts, before you pay anything.

  4. Choose and begin

Confirm the caregiver you want. Contact details are shared, and care begins.

Where you meet

A family and a caregiver meet in an interview our team arranges. Here is what each side sees at each step.

  1. A request

Sees the caregiver's experience, languages, places and monthly charge. No phone number.

Sees the care needed, the place and the timing. Not the family's name or number.

  2. Our team checks

Hears whether the caregiver has accepted.

Accepts, declines, or asks a question. Saying no costs nothing.

  3. The interview

Talks to the caregiver online or on a call our team hosts. Pays nothing yet.

Meets the family and asks about the work. Their number stays private.

  4. The booking

Chooses the caregiver and pays the one-time booking fee. Then contact details are shared.

Receives the family's contact details and agrees the monthly pay with them directly.

There is a one-time booking fee, shown before you pay. You agree the monthly charge directly with the caregiver.

What we check, and what it doesn't mean

  • Every profile is reviewed

An automated check reads each caregiver profile first, then a person on our team decides whether families can see it.

  • "Verified for booking"

Means our required checks are complete. It is not a promise about future conduct, skill or availability. The final choice is always yours.

  • Private until booked

Phone numbers and addresses stay private on both sides until a booking is confirmed.

  • Tell us if something is wrong

If anyone asks for money or contact details outside Guardian Care 360, tell our care team.

Questions families ask

Do I pay anything to look?

No. Browsing is free and needs no account. You create a free account only to see names and send a request.

When do I pay, and how much?

There is a one-time booking fee, shown before you pay. You agree the monthly charge directly with the caregiver.

What if there is no caregiver in my place yet?

Join the priority list. Save your care need with a free account, or tell us what you need and our care team will call you within 2 working days. When matching opens in your district, families on the priority list are matched first.

What is the priority list?
